I have been a mediator since 2001 and I have a very good mediation record when I stay with what I know. I know how to help legally certified and legally licensed clients.

That's really all I know.

My record with helping non-licensed non-certified practitioners is very poor by any standard. I haven't found a way to help you keep your business in any state or province. It's better for you to find an attorney skilled at working with licensing boards to keep you out of prison and/or paying a huge fine.
