I've done a lot of soul searching these past few months because things in this business have gotten way out of hand. Good people trying to do the right thing are being severly punished for helping other people.

Here's My Bottom Line

If you're legally licensed or legally certified

by an independent, accredited certification board, I can help you. My fees are reasonable and my success rate is very high. Even my competitors will tell you that if you're legally licensed or legally certified, I'm one of the best mediators you can possibly have. Contact me at paula @ pkcrs.com for help.

Please read my list of recommended certification titles.

If you're not legally licensed and you're certified by a paper mill

I recommend you immediately contact the Natural Therapies Conflict Resolution Services Company. They have an enviable record of mediating situations like yours. I recommend you quickly get legally certified and contact NTCRS. The longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to save your business.

If you're not legally licensed and you're not legally certified

I recommend you find an attorney in your state or province experienced with license boards. Then have your attorney hire NTCRS as expert witnesses and a consultant. I believe they are your best chance to avoid a fine and prison term. Either way, it's unlikely you can save your business as a public entity.

Then visit Private Health Associations and investigate the possibility of forming a private health association so you can continue helping people. This group dedicates their legal practice to this specialty and they are heads and shoulders above any other legal group in America. I recommend them without reservation.

This is an expensive proposition for one person, but a state, regional or provincial association makes a lot of sense and is more economical for all of the members in that group.

Special Notice

Effective April 1, 2011 I only accept clients who are legally licensed in their state or province or legally certified by an independent, accredited certification board. Please don't waste your time if you're certified by a paper mill. I really can't help you.
